Thanks Rachel for the blog. I am Steve Johnson, I was the guy that was flashing the nice topo map around at the hike on orientation Saturday. If anyone would like to order one quickly you can see my map, change the personalized name and be good to go in a few minutes. At the link below you can also preview the map I created to see what it looks like then go back and click on the edit button to make any changes you'd like. You can change the size of the map to have more area covered, move the map around, change the gps datums, get a rolled map or folded map, shaded or unshaded, etc. The small map costs about 10 bucks plus shipping and I got mine in about 3 days by USPS standard service.Here is the link:
